Laser cutting has been part of everyday life at AhoSteel for over four decades. The first laser cutter was purchased in 1994, after which the equipment has been regularly updated.
The latest investment is the laser Bystronic, a 10 kW fibre laser with a 64-slot automatic storage system. The automatic storage allows unmanned operating during night shifts.
Experience, expertise, and solid professional skills form a solid foundation for our welding services, ranging from manual welding (Mig/Mag, Tig, laser) to robotic welding (our robot can handle products weighing up to 5000 kg, its linear track is 18 m long, and the height of the piece can be up to 3 meters).
Further processing of pieces under one roof. All operations are in your own hands, from laser cutting to finished, painted and assembled products. This enables us to offer more cost-effective production, higher quality products and faster delivery times than our competitors.
We operate in accordance with the ISO 3834-2 standard, which was certified in August 2024. Welding at our company is coordinated by a person with IWE certification, and we also employ people with IWS certification.
Bending is a working method in which a steel plate can be bent repeatedly and accurately. We have three edging presses, the largest of which has a clamping force of 320 tonnes. The maximum width of the billet to be bent is 4 m. Bending is generally a step in our manufacturing process, but we also subcontract bending services alone.
Along with our new fibre laser, our cutting service will be extended to cut and edged pieces, either unpainted or painted.
Machining and any related tasks should be carried out by an experienced professional. We guarantee quality deliveries - always on time.
Our machinists are professionals for whom quality and agreed deadlines are a matter of honour. They have decades of experience in machining.
Our equipment can be used for demanding machining tasks. We have three vertical machining centers and four lathes for turning. Our latest acquisitions are a Mazak 5-axis multi-tasking lathe, which arrived in the fall of 2024, and a YCM 4-axis machining center, which arrived in early 2026.
Our service covers both wet and powder painting. We paint according to the customer's wishes, the most common painting method being priming and topcoating according to RAL codes.
We get a lot of praise for the fact that painting can be done under the same roof as the rest of the work, without having to send pieces elsewhere to be painted.
Assembly has been part of our service offering almost from the very beginning. Our skilled team can handle even the most demanding assembly tasks, and with the help of our partners, we can also carry out electrical installations.
Assembly and contract manufacturing are continuously growing areas of our service offering, and demand for these services is also expanding.

Our efficient manufacturing process from order to delivery takes anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. We have supplied pallets to general contractors as well as private truckers.
