Our latest acquisition is a YCM machining center, which enables us to ensure efficient component production. AhoSteel is especially proud of its process. It has been refined and developed over decades and is something we take great pride in. Each of us knows exactly where we fit in, no one has to guess what they are supposed to do and everyone understands how important they are to the company. The process is also certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and in August 2024 the operation was also certified according to ISO 3834-2, which ensures, among other things, the uniformity and high quality of the products.
Sustainability is also intrinsically linked to our process, we do everything we can to minimise our carbon footprint. Standardised (ISO 9001) quality management demonstrates a long-term commitment to quality and its further development.
Modern technology, with its automation, robotics and programming, has made our operations even more efficient and accurate.
Technology also helps us to help our customers, e.g. the 3D scanner in the picture below transfers the finished component to a computer for further development.
